When requesting addition of text please ensure correct spelling and
accuracy of dates. Depending on your requirements and the condition of your original picture, we can repair cracks and tears, clean dirt and specks, sharpen and lighten originals. We can also recreate (to a certain extent) missing details in your photos, correct faded or shifted colors, colorize black and white originals
or turn color originals into a beautiful black and white, sepia, or hand-colored picture. Photo Enhancement. Some pictures need a perked up. Colors fade or were not captured properly. Red eye, flash glare, gloomy looking, the black & white turned brown etc. are all covered
under photo enhancement.
What can't you restore?
We cannot restore pictures that are completely out of focus because too much detail has already been lost in the photo. Small pictures
cannot be enlarged too much without losing image sharpness or having too much grain. Similarly, very grainy photos can only be fixed to a
certain extent. If your picture has missing elements, we can only restore it to a certain extent, but if you have a similar second
photo that shows extra details, please include it. Poor originals can be restored to a certain extent, but we cannot make them perfect. The better your original photo, the better the restoration
will look.

What is the order of payment?
When our work is finished we'll email you a proof - fragments of the changed image. You could make sure that the order is performed and comment the results of our work. Only after this you will pay for

How will I get the finished images back and what will they look like?
You may choose the file format and it doesn't affect the price. JPEG is not the best format if you plan to enhance your images later. But
after our work it'll not be necessary, the images will be completely prepared for the printing, so it's more convenient to choose JPEG.
We can place finished images on our server, then we'll write you the exact url and you may download them to your PC. If you want, we'll
send the files right to your email. Just make sure that your email box has enough free space.
How long does it take to restore my photo? Do you accept rush orders?
We begin our work immediately after we settle all questions. Usually our work takes 3-5 days. If your order is too complex and we need
more time, we'll notify you. We accept rush orders (1-3 days), this may cost up to 50% more (depends on the degree of urgency).
Can you add sharpness to a blurred picture?
Slight progress is always possible, but as our experience shows it's impossible to attain a good result if the image is out of focus.
Can you enlarge a small photo?
Yes we can, but excessive enlarging will reveal many hidden defects of the original. We will email you and recommend the maximum
enlarging.
